  Today the most appaulling customer service by 2 members of staff who do not understand Clarks own collection policy having used this service for around 3years and have always shown message reciept or email conformation order the staff refused to let me collect my order refused to read my email from Clarks which stipulates the terms but instead demeaned my attempts to show them my proof of thier own company policy . I have now cancelled the order and will certainly not shop again .
